FormulaFPV Charity Race

We will be holding a charity race at Locksheath Shopping Centre on Saturday 20th August. We will be there between 10am and 5pm. This year we are racing in the aid of a local charity, Tri4Tim. 

This will be a 7 hour event of non stop racing. Obviously the cars and people can’t run continuously as people need breaks and car batteries need to be changed, the idea is that at least one car will be running on the track at ALL times.

All are welcome to race for free, however we would ask for a small donation towards this amazing charity, so please come down and support our racers and local charity for some thrills and experience something that you probably never have before, and will never forget!

Please note: This is an outdoor event and is influenced by the weather so may but subject to a last minute change of date/time.

Background

For some time we have been wanting to do an event for charity but things never seem to line up to allow us to go ahead (COVID to name a few!). Then, during Epicplaytome20 I met a lady called Maddy, and she told me about her story and the charity that she had set up https://tri4tim.org.uk/. We felt so moved by the cause that we  instantly knew that this was the charity to support.

With this in mind we have decided to launch the FormulaFPV charity race
